At Eurovanille, our vanilla expertise is rooted in a comprehensive commitment—from fundamental research to product innovation. We work closely with leading international scientists to decode the vanilla genome, develop high-performance ingredients for culinary professionals, and help introduce new aromatic expressions to the food industry.

Since 2018, we have been actively investing in agronomic research to support farmers in cultivating more productive, sustainable, and disease-resistant vanilla crops. Our 1,000 m² experimental greenhouse and plantation in Mauritius serve as open-air laboratories, hosting academic theses and scientific studies in partnership with global experts in tropical species.
