How do I create a Eurovanille account?
• Already a Eurovanille customer? Click “Log in” and complete the form. You will receive an email with your login credentials.
• New to Eurovanille? Click “Create a professional account” and fill in the form. Once your information has been reviewed by our sales team, you will receive a confirmation email.
What if I forgot my username or password?
Go to the Login page and click “Forgot password.” Follow the instructions to receive a reset code by email.
Having trouble logging in?
Please double-check your email address and password. Try using a different browser. If the issue persists, contact us via the contact form.

Order and payment
What should I do if my order is incorrect?
If your order does not match your purchase, contact our customer service via the contact form and include your order number.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact our sales team as soon as possible to request cancellation.
How can I obtain my invoice?
If you have opted for digital invoicing, your invoice can be viewed via the dematerialisation platform set up by our accounting department and will be sent to you by email. Otherwise, it will be sent to you by post.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your customer account and go to your order history. Select the order you wish to track and click “View” to access the tracking details and delivery status.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, and deferred payment solutions. All payment methods are made available once your account has been verified.

Delivery
How can I schedule my delivery?
Eurovanille delivers within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You can schedule a later delivery slot or choose express delivery for an additional charge.
How do I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address during checkout. Please make sure the address is correct before completing your order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 72 hours via DHL. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Each product page contains detailed technical information. Use the navigation menu or search bar to browse our catalog.
How do I use a Eurovanille product?
Application and dosage guidelines are available on each product page. You'll also find recipe ideas and complementary products at the bottom of the page.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Availability is indicated below each product. If a product is out of stock, alternatives will be suggested and you can opt to receive a restock notification.
