Vanilla and Orange Blossom Bugnes

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 25 g granulated sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- Orange blossom water
- 1 g Vanilla Heart Bouquet
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Mix flour, eggs, sugar, softened butter, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Form a smooth ball. Add flour if sticky.
- Rest: Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Shaping: Roll dough to 5 mm thick. Cut rectangles and slit each center.
- Cooking: Heat oil to 180 °C. Fry until golden. Drain on paper towels.
- Finishing: Once cooled, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
